The biennial exhibition Taipei Plas is ended successfully in August 19. Due to the rapid worldwide development of the green technology, TOUGU DENKI introduced the Web Guiding System used for copper foil, which can help to increase the production capacity of lithium battery.
Away from film and textile, the characteristic of copper foil is different, and there are locating holes near the edge. Moreover, the speed of web guiding needs to match with the production speed, so there is a high technical threshold for copper foil and lithium battery production, regular systems cannot work on it.
Besides the model for copper foil, TOUGU DENKI also develops many products, which can be applied to different lithium battery productions, such as Color Line Sensor for contrasting colors, High Temperature Sensor for hot environments, and Vacuum Series products for vacuum coating systems.
